You Are Not Alone – Office Hours

You Are Not Alone – Office Hours is a first-of-its-kind mental health and mentoring program centered around music. Co-created by hit recording artist and mental health advocate Meredith O’Connor and Jennifer Frommer, SVP of Commercial Branding at Columbia Records (Sony Music), this initiative offers therapy and free mentorship through New York City public schools. 

Jennifer Frommer, Co-founder and Director of the program, has worked as the SVP of Commercial Branding at Columbia Records (Sony Music) for over nine years. Her career spans decades producing global campaigns with the likes of Adele, Eminem, Beyonce, John Legend, The Chainsmokers, Lady Gaga, Maren Morris, Meredith O'Connor, Pepsi, Samsung, Microsoft, Chevy  more.

The You Are Not Alone campaign gained participation from celebrities across the world in partnership with labels including such as Sony Brazil, Universal Music, and artists including K-pop idol Minzy, Latin-pop artists RUGGERO, Di Ferrero,  Afropop artist Reekado Banks and Indian artist Asees Kaur. Colleges and Universities began to teach students about the impact of this movement through a course and were later recognized by The Shorty Impact Awards for their dedication to mental health education.

The landmark advocacy has led to recognition from members of Congress, the California Legislative Assembly, the City of Los Angeles, policy impact in educational systems and hundreds of schools.
